Q. Who can participate in ALI?
A. ALI is designed for established and proven leaders at ASU.
Q. How can I participate in ALI?
A. All participants must be nominated to ALI by an ASU executive leader.
Q. Can I participate in ALI if I have to miss a workshop date?
A. No. ALI attendance to all workshops and sessions is mandatory. If you are a confirmed ALI participant and a scheduling conflict arises, please contact ALI staff.
Q. Why was I nominated to participate in ALI?
A. Individuals nominated to ALI were chosen by ASU executive leaders for their proven leadership capabilities, propensity to mobilize resources and others and their potential for future growth and development.
Q. Can I continue my executive coaching past the conclusion of the program?
A. Yes. However, ALI will cover the cost of coaching during the ALI experience only.
Q. I recently completed a 360 degree assessment for another program. Can my previous results be used for ALI?
